Detailed below is the full process for obtaining your skilled worker licence right through to placement of the candidate.
Businesses wishing to employ anyone from outside the United Kingdom require a Sponsorship Licence to enable them to employ any skilled workers under the Skilled worker visa route (This replaces the old Tier 2 application). We will help you obtain your sponsorship licence and upon signing we will facilitate your application to our panel solicitors who will then make direct contact with you in order to commence the application.

There is a one off fee to our solicitors of £500 to process the application on your behalf. This also includes our follow up service to enable you to maintain your licence for years to come.
After becoming a Sponsor
The Home Office will send the solicitors the log in to the Sponsor Management System (SMS) by way of email and post separately to ensure security and these will then be forwarded to you. Please, ensure that such log in details is secure with the Level 1 User. At that stage the solicitors may be of further assistance to you regarding maintenance of compliance files for migrant workers you may be sponsoring such licence.

After obtaining the sponsorship licence from the home office our procedure is as follows

All our candidates are fully screened by us prior sending you their CVs/information for consideration to ensure only the best candidates are sent to you.
After sending you the CVs we would then seek confirmation from you of potential candidates and at that point we can either interview candidates on your behalf or alternatively you can interview directly via any video conferencing platform you wish. We will always be on hand at this point to facilitate the interviews.
Once you have selected the candidates and confirmed your preferred start date. You will then be required to submit a job offer letter to us for onwards transmission to the candidate. At this point we can start the actual process of their visa application.

The candidate will then be placed with your organisation on a permanent basis for the duration of their visa, there is no worry that the candidate can leave your employment during time. We also have a mechanism in place whereby in the very unlikely event that you feel the candidate is not suitable then we can make arrangement to replace them with no charge to you.
